LANSING, Mich., May 29, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Kraig Biocraft Laboratories, Inc. (OTCBB:KBLB) is pleased to announce that it has successfully issued its stock dividend. “The issuance of the dividend has been in the planning for some time and has been an important part of the Company’s plan for returning value to our shareholders.
